【発送】
第一弾の受注締切は7/21（月）です。それまでにお支払が確認できたお客様には2025年8月末頃に発送予定です。
第二弾の受注締切は7/31（木）です。それまでにお支払が確認できたお客様には2025年9月中旬頃に発送予定です。
受注締切を過ぎてご注文いただいた場合は、１ヶ月前後で発送いたします。
日本国内からの発送となります。日本国外への配送は到着まで時間がかかることがございます。予めご了承くださいませ。
【配送・送料】
ご注文いただいた商品は配送会社の倉庫からの発送となります。
決済後に追加注文をいただいた場合は、別々の発送となり同梱や送料をお引きすることが出来かねますのでご了承ください。

【返品・交換】
お客様のご都合による返品や交換、キャンセルをお受けすることは出来かねますのでご了承ください。
万が一、不良や破損などがございましたら交換対応をさせていただきますので、『商品到着後7日以内』にお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
交換商品のご用意にお時間をいただく場合がございます。
その場合はお客様のご希望に応じて、商品のご用意をお待ちいただくか、ご返金の対応をとらせていただきます。

【購入完了メール】

メールアドレスの誤りや、ご自身のメール受信設定により受信制限がかかっているなどの理由で届かないケースが多く発生しております。以下の点をご確認ください。

・不要・使用不可な文字が入力されていないか
・現在利用していないメールアドレスを入力していないか
2.メール受信設定に問題がないか
・迷惑フォルダに振り分けられていないか
・[email protected]、@gmail.comからのメールが拒否されていないか

・キャリアメールを設定している
お送りするメールは、webメール準拠のため、キャリアメールの場合、正常に受信できない可能性がありますので、webメールの登録をおすすめいたします。

*For Customers Using PayPal
If you place your order via PayPal, please note that a “Shipping Confirmation” email will be sent before the actual shipment.
(This is because PayPal automatically cancels orders if more than 10 days pass from the order date without sending a shipping confirmation.)
Please make sure you can receive emails from @gmail.com by adjusting your email settings.
Even if you receive the confirmation email earlier, the actual shipping schedule remains the same:
- First Batch: Around late August 2025
- Second Batch: Around mid-September 2025
*Notice of Discontinuation of PayID Listing
Due to an increase in sales commission fees by the BASE app "PayID", we will discontinue listing our products on the PayID app as of July 10, 2025.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who use the PayID app and kindly ask for your understanding.
*Due to the rising cost of production, it has become difficult to maintain the existing prices for some of our products, and we have decided to revise our prices. We would appreciate your understanding in this matter.

・Shipping Information
* First Batch
The order deadline is Monday, July 21.
Orders with confirmed payment by this date are scheduled to ship around late August 2025.
* Second Batch
The order deadline is Thursday, July 31.
Orders with confirmed payment by this date are scheduled to ship around mid-September 2025.
Orders placed after the respective deadlines will be shipped approximately within one month.
All items will be shipped from within Japan.
Please note that international deliveries may take longer to arrive.

・Shipping and Handling
Ordered items will be shipped from the warehouse of the shipping company in Japan.
Please note that we will not be able to combine or deduct shipping charges for additional orders placed after payment has been made.

Europe, Oceania, Middle East: JPY 4,400

South America, Africa: JPY 5,100
Some countries and regions are not available for international shipping from Japan.
In such cases, orders will be cancelled or refunded once it is determined that shipping is not possible.
・Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.
Please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 7 days of receipt of your order to exchange defective or damaged items.
Please note that it may take some time to prepare the replacement item.
In such cases, we will either wait for the product to be ready or refund the money according to the customer's request.
In the case of exchange or refund above, we will bear the shipping cost and bank transfer fee.
・Purchase Completion E-mail
A purchase completion e-mail will be sent from [email protected] when the purchase is complete.
If you do not receive a purchase completion e-mail, please set your e-mail permission to receive e-mails from "@thebase.in" and "@gmail.com" and contact us from the "CONTACT" button on the navigation menu of the top page of the store.
We have received many cases where you have not received the e-mail due to an error in your e-mail address, or because your e-mail receiving settings have restricted the reception of e-mails. Please check the following points
1. Make sure that your e-mail address is correct.
Are there any unnecessary or unusable characters in the e-mail address?
Are you sure that you have not entered an e-mail address that is not currently in use?
2. Are there any problems with your e-mail receiving settings?
Is the e-mail address being sorted into the junk folder?
Are e-mails from [email protected] and @gmail.com blocked?
3. Others
Have you set up a carrier e-mail address?
We recommend that you register for a webmail account.
